We exist to accelerate and magnify the impact of Arizona Game and Fish Department’s mission to conserve and protect Arizona’s wildlife and provide safe ethical outdoor recreation.

Since 1990, Wildlife for Tomorrow (WFT)—originally founded as The Foundation for the Conservation of Arizona’s Wildlife—has worked to enhance the management, protection, and enjoyment of our state's priceless fish and wildlife resources.

As an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit, WFT works in collaboration with the Arizona Game and Fish Department. We provide crucial support for projects and educational activities when traditional resources are inadequate, ensuring that vital conservation work can move forward.

WFT is dedicated to making a direct and tangible impact within our state. We focus entirely on worthy projects in Arizona, and no funds are ever passed on to national offices. We do not attempt to influence legislative decisions or take positions on controversial issues. Our single purpose is to support projects that make a difference for the wildlife and people of Arizona.

We envision a future where all Arizonans are fully aware of the state’s majestic and diverse wildlife resources and are engaged in enjoying, conserving and protecting our wildlife forever!

  • We are faithful stewards who manage WFT’s economic and human capital to further develop a rich user experience in the present and create a sustainable future for AZ wildlife, habitat and outdoor users.

  • We approach the work of the organization seeking and promoting a collaborative environment for staff, volunteers, partners and all constituents.

  • We build, promote and advance bonds of trust through reliability, respect and fairness in all of our relationships.

  • We adhere to the highest ethical standards in all organizational and interpersonal endeavors, including wildlife management, conservation and education initiatives.

  • We maintain a focus on the future to maximize the impact on conservation, preservation and enjoyment of Arizona's outdoor resources for all.
