Rebecca Bouquot is a third-generation Arizonan, mother of two daughters, and founder of Bouquot Consulting LLC. She attended Arizona State University and began her career with the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality, where she worked in the Surface Water Section.
Her professional experience includes surface water field monitoring, watershed restoration, project and program management, and implementation. Over the years, her work expanded to include outdoor recreation, wildlife conservation education, nonprofit operations, communications, and organizational leadership.
Rebecca has served on the Board of Directors of Wildlife for Tomorrow and currently supports the organization as a contractor, providing nonprofit management, leadership, and program implementation. She also leads the Mesquite Wildlife Oasis education program, combining her experience in conservation and environmental education with her passion for creating meaningful outdoor learning opportunities for Arizona students.

Michelle, a native of Arizona, is an avid lover of the outdoors who enjoys camping, hiking, and spending quality time with her family. Whether she's teaching or exploring nature, she feels right at home. Her deep appreciation for wildlife and the natural world is a legacy passed down from her father. At Mesquite, her favorite programs to lead are Nature Walk and Aquatic Insects and Water Quality.

Teri is a retired elementary teacher with over 25 years of experience teaching all grade levels & subjects. She is a native Arizonian, fluent in Spanish, and an alumni of ASU West, & NAU (masters). Her love of learning and teaching others about the amazing wonders of nature and science brought her to our team. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends and Marley (fur baby), discovering all that nature and life have to offer through her travels. Teri loves all outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, paddleboarding, skiing, ziplining and photographing nature to name a few.

Stacy is from Michigan, but has lived in Arizona for almost half of her life. She has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Education and has taught at the elementary, middle school, and college levels over the past twenty years. Stacy loves to hike, ride her bike, and explore nature. She also loves to read and learn about new topics, travel with her family, and volunteer at her kids’ school.

Kristen has been a teacher for over 15 years and still finds joy in watching students grow and discover their potential. She is married and a proud parent to three amazing adult children. When she is not in the classroom, you’ll find her exploring new places, hiking trails, or playing a friendly (but competitive!) game of pickleball. Life is a balance of learning, adventure, and connection - and she tries to bring that spirit into everything she does.

Tiffany moved to Arizona in 1987 and graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in education. She taught for 10 years in the Litchfield Elementary School District. Tiffany brings class management and organization skills with her wherever she goes! She enjoys hiking, kayaking, fishing and relaxing in the outdoors!

Skylar Haven is an Arizona native and a lover of all things wild. An avid outdoor enthusiast, Sky enjoys hiking, wildlife watching, and exploring new places. Her background in the performing arts brings a unique perspective to the team, allowing her to connect nature, creativity, and art in engaging ways. In her free time, Sky enjoys Pilates and spending time with her cats and snake.
